Why we’re building this
Flight disruption can leave you with a confusing explanation, several forms and no clear idea of what to ask for. Sort It Flights aims to make the first steps easier: organise the facts, understand the potential compensation and decide what to do next.
Where we are today
Sort It Flights is a proposed trading style of Sort It. The limited company has not yet been incorporated. This is a pre-launch website accepting free assessment enquiries; we are not currently accepting paid claim-handling appointments.
The service agreement, cancellation process, payment arrangements and full privacy notice must be finalised before paid launch. Sending an enquiry does not appoint us or create a payment obligation.
How the proposed service would work
- Share basic flight details for a free assessment.
- If a case is suitable and the service has launched, review the scope, authority and agreement before work begins.
- The proposed success fee is 35% of eligible compensation actually received, including any applicable VAT. No recovery means no service fee. You keep 65%.
The airline would pay the passenger directly. Ticket refunds, expenses and court proceedings are excluded from this percentage service.
Our approach
- Explain the free direct-to-airline route as well as our optional service.
- Keep potential compensation separate from refunds and expenses.
- Use official sources and make the limits of an estimate clear.
- Assess the facts rather than promise a successful outcome.
Independent of airlines
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. Airline names are used to identify the relevant guidance and claim routes. We are not a solicitors’ firm and do not conduct litigation or represent passengers in court.
