Keep sensitive information out of your first message
Do not email passport copies, bank details, children’s personal details, medical information or confidential documents at this stage. We will explain what is needed and how to provide it if further information becomes necessary.
Before you wait for a reply
We cannot promise an immediate reply. An enquiry does not submit an airline claim, accept your case or stop a legal or complaint deadline. If a deadline is close, protect it directly and seek appropriate advice rather than waiting for us.
Service status
This is a pre-launch service. Free assessment enquiries are open, but paid claim handling is not yet available. Business registration and final launch documents remain pending.
