Using easyJet’s compensation portal
easyJet provides an online EC261 compensation form. It asks for booking and flight details, claimant contact information and passenger details. The portal says the email and phone number should match the booking and that a non-lead passenger can claim only for themselves through this route. Read the live instructions before submitting.
Keep refund requests separate
The easyJet portal warns that a compensation submission does not refund an unused ticket. Choose the route that matches the outcome you want. Our compensation guide explains the distinction and potential UK261 amounts.
Before you fill it in
- Check the names against the booking confirmation.
- Record the affected flight and any rerouting separately.
- Save the submission and acknowledgement for your records.
Do not tick a travel-agent box or present yourself as a passenger if that is untrue. If help is needed, the submission method and any authority must be appropriate to the current portal.
Want an independent first assessment?
Tell Sort It Flights which easyJet flight was affected and what happened. We can review an enquiry while our proposed paid service is being prepared. This does not submit anything to easyJet or create a fee obligation. Read the eligibility checklist first if you are unsure what matters.
