Jet2’s dedicated delay and cancellation page
Jet2 has a dedicated route for disruption claims, including compensation and expenses. Its guidance emphasises the arrival delay rather than take-off time and warns that incorrect passenger or flight details can prevent processing. Match the details to your booking before submitting.
Was it a flight issue or a holiday complaint?
For a flight compensation enquiry, record the affected flight, route and arrival facts first. Explain any separate accommodation or package issue separately so it is not confused with fixed flight compensation. Our proposed percentage service concerns eligible airline compensation only.
A useful evidence folder
- Booking confirmation and flight number.
- Delay notices and the explanation given at the airport.
- Actual arrival information and any replacement itinerary.
- Existing claim reference, response and payments.
Keep expenses receipts in a separate section. You do not need to upload this folder to request our initial assessment.
If the airline declines
Keep the stated reason and ask which facts support it. Compare your case with the eligibility guide rather than assuming that a long delay always qualifies. Our assessment does not overturn an airline decision or start court action.
