Ryanair’s published claim procedure
Ryanair’s conditions say passengers should claim directly and allow 14 days, or a shorter period required by applicable law, before engaging a third party. They also allow consultation before submission. This describes the airline’s published position; it does not establish that every restriction on representation is legally enforceable.
A practical starting point
Follow the compensation route from Ryanair’s official Help Centre. Keep the account acknowledgement, case reference and a copy of the claim. If the airline asks for passenger verification, the customer may need to complete that step personally.
If you have already contacted Ryanair
- Note the submission date and keep the response.
- Distinguish an acknowledgement from a final refusal.
- Record any payment or offer without assuming it settles every issue.
Tell us whether another firm already acts for you before asking for help. We should not duplicate a live claim.
